An experienced Administrator with a wealth of international experience, having worked with the United Nations; Shelter-Afrique(Nairobi-Kenya) as Secretary General: African Development Bank as Director. Fred Laryea, a French graduate of the University of Ghana, was Ghana's Ambassador to Senegal, Gambia and Cape Verde. He has been closely asociated with MMRS since its inception.
Mr. Reginald Daniel Laryea(Managing Director)
‘Gaddy’, as he is best known by most of our clients, is the founder of MMRS Ogilvy and the team-leader of our local Ogilvy family.
He has been the Managing Director of the Agency since its formation in 1987. Mr. Laryea descends from a particularly rich and varied pedigree in the communication industry, having worked with British American Tobacco from 1976 to 1988 as a Marketing, Advertising & Merchandising Manager. Sheer passion for the job drives him to be involved in virtually every single project undertaken by the Agency. Gaddy was elected President of the Advertisers Association of Ghana in Dec. 2005. He is a member of the Board of the National Media Commission and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana. He is also the Chairman of Media Whizz Kids, a subsidiary company of MMRS which specialises in Event Management.
Mr. Silas Bervell (deputy managing Director)
Silas has several years of professional experience in multiple industries, including, Audit, Insurance, Investment Banking, Info-Technology, Shipping and Advertising. He exercises direct oversight authority over the company’s operations and has the core responsibility of ensuring and enforcing strict operational and financial discipline at all levels of the Agency's operations. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana), Silas is also Company Secretary for Mindshare Ghana
Jason Nartey(Executive Creative Director)
Jason is without a doubt, one of the most creative minds in the Ghanaian advertising industry today. With an enviable number of local advertising accolades and featured entries at prestigious international advertising festivals, Jason, the former Creative Director of Origin8 Saatchi & Saatchi brings to MMRS Ogilvy a wealth of creative experience and the promise to raise the standards of creativity in the industry.
Mrs. Christabel Mills (Human Resource Director)
Christabel holds a Master of Arts degree in Communication Studies (1998) and a Bachelor of Arts degree (1993) both from the University of Ghana, Legon. Christabel joined MMRS Ogilvy in 2003 as an Account Director working on key accounts such as Fanta, Sprite and Akosombo Textiles Limited with a clear bias towards the management of events. She has direct oversight responsibilities of all administrative procedures and human resource activities in the Agency.
Mrs. Josephine Komeh (Business Development Director)
As the BDD, Josephine has the crucial responsibility of identifying new business opportunities and providing competitive marketing insights and direction for brand activities.
She began her career in 1993 as an Account Executive with MMRS Ogilvy and later in 2000 experienced other competitive terrain within the industry after her MBA (Marketing), by joining Insight Grey Advertising. She rejoined MMRS Ogilvy as the Client Service Director in 2002.
She has considerable working knowledge of the French and Swahili Languages & holds an advanced certificate from the Chartered Institute of Marketing U.K.
Josephine has managed several brands including Nestle Brands (NIDO, IDEAL MILKMILO),)DHL,FANTA,SPRITE. AMSTEL MALTA, GEISHA SOAP (UNILEVER) and HFC Bank.
Mr. Joseph Andoh (Traffic Director)
Joseph is an Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana.
He started his career in 1992 with MMRS Ogilvy as an Accounts Officer and has steadily progressed into traffic management with overall responsibility for our Production & Traffic Department.
His schedule involves quality control & ensuring the smooth & timely execution of all Agency jobs from production up to the supply stage.
Mrs. Vanessa Quaye(DIRECTOR, PROTOCOL & SPECIAL DUTIES)
Vanessa is a Marketing Executive from the University Of Leicester, UK and also a graduate of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. She is also a member of Association of MBA (AMBA) Worldwide, Project Management Institute (PMI,USA) and Advertising Association, Ghana (AAG) She started her career in1995 as Traffic Manager and steadily progressed to an Account Director, working on brands like (Labadi Beach Hotel, ADB, GBC etc). She later became the Director of the Hotshop Department in 2000 and in 2007 the Director of Compliance overseeing the Corporate Compliance Program.In March 2010, she became the Director of Protocol and Special Duties responsible for the management, acquisition and marketing of corporate gifts as well as projects.
Mr. Anthony Badu(General Manager - HOTSHOP)
Tony is a Marketing Executive from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana..He holds a B.A. degree in Graphic Design and an MBA in Marketing. He joined MMRSOGILVY in 2000 as the Head of Production of the Hotshop and is now the General Manager. His core schedule involves managing and supervising production operations at our HOTSHOP from the job registration level through to the delivery stage. Tony’s critical eye manifests itself in the quality of our production.
Mr. e. Okumeng(Compliance Director)
Mr. E. O. Okomeng, Director Compliance and Corporate Affairs joined MMRS Ogilvy in early 2010 with a wide range of knowledge and experience in both public and private sectors spanning a period of over twenty five years. His experience covers banking, finance and administration, human resource management, procurement management, marketing and management consulting. He holds a Bsc.( Admin) degree from Legon and MBA(Finance) from the University of Stirling in Scotland. Outside business his interests is in football, reading novels and viewing movies.
Nathalie Bouville (business director, vodafone)
Nathalie holds a Masters Degree from the University of Rennes, France. She has several years of experience in communications having started in PR before moving to Advertising.
Nathalie started her career as a PR consultant at Publicis Paris working for Corporate Affairs accounts as well as FMCGs. She then moved to Abidjan, Cote d'ivoire where she jonined the local representative of Ogilvy& Mather. She handled among other projects the communication of the buy out by French Telecom of the local operator. After 5 years in Côte d'Ivoire she then went back to her native country, France where she worked as Client Service Director at Ogilvy Paris joining the IBM Europe account. As a Telecom and IT specialist, she joined the MMRS Ogilvy team as Business Director in charge of the Vodafone account in October 2009.
